Payment Methods
Payments on wegroup websites (redberry.ge, mandarina.ge and pair.ge) can be made using any bank’s Visa, Mastercard, or American Express cards.
You can also pay using TBC Bank loyalty points, Bank of Georgia PLUS points, and American Express MR points. Additionally, you can take advantage of Bank of Georgia’s and TBC Bank’s payment installment and distribution options for your desired period.
Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are also supported on all WeGroup websites.
To successfully complete a purchase, please ensure that your card or account has sufficient balance or loyalty points to cover the full product price. Once you add items to your cart and select your preferred payment method, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page where you can follow the on-screen instructions.
How to Purchase an Item
Choose your desired products from any category on our websites. Use the available size chart to find your correct fit and add your selected items to the cart.
Please note: Items added to your cart are not reserved until payment is completed. Another customer may purchase the same item in-store or online before you finalize your order, so we recommend completing your purchase as soon as possible.
How to Place an Order
After adding items to your cart, click the “Continue Order” button. Add your preferred delivery address. Then click “Save and Continue” and make sure to select your saved address to proceed.
For your convenience, WeGroup offers several delivery options. Please note that during sales or promotional periods, some delivery methods may be temporarily unavailable. The system will automatically display the delivery services available at that time. Delivery times may also be extended during high-demand periods — this will be indicated during checkout.
